Refund procedure
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods ordered.
If you wish to cancel your order successfully, you must inform us and provide all the necessary information.
You can inform us of the cancellation by emailing info@sportex.lt.
We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Your money will be refunded in the same way as payment was made for your order, without any additional refund fee.
Conditions for returning goods:
To return purchased goods, please make sure that:
- Purchased in the last 30 days
- The goods are in their original packaging
Goods that cannot be returned:
- Goods made to order.
- Goods that cannot be returned because of their nature, such as expired goods.
- Goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons after unpacking.
- Goods which , after delivery, are used with other goods (mixtures of goods).
We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods, even those that meet the above requirements.

We are not responsible for any damage to the goods upon return. For this reason, we suggest that you choose a secure shipping service provider. We will not be able to refund your money if you do not provide a receipt for the purchase of the goods or a delivery note.
Dovanos:
If you wish to return a gift, we will refund the value of the gift in gift credits. As soon as we receive your returned gift, we will send you a gift credit certificate.
