Terms of delivery

Goods are delivered in Lithuania within 1 – 3 working days. In unforeseen cases, this deadline is extended to 2-5 working days. Free delivery for purchases of 30€ and more.
Delivery prices are calculated by creating a shopping cart and selecting a delivery method.

Delivery to Latvia and Estonia

Prekių pristatymas Latvijoje ir Estijoje per 1-4 darbo dienas. We deliver goods using Omniva and DPD services. For deliveries to Latvia and Estonia, the free delivery discount (for purchases of €30 or more) does not apply.

Delivery to other countries

Delivery to other countries takes 5-14 working days. We deliver goods using the services of AB “Lietuvos paštas”. The free shipping discount (for purchases of €30 or more) does not apply toshipping to other countries.

Delivery information

  • When ordering goods, the Customer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery.
  • Goods shall be delivered by the Seller or his authorised representative. The delivery/transportation charge is given when you place your order. If no other person is specified in the order to accept the Goods, the Customer must accept the Goods.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer in Lithuania within 1-3 working days after payment of the order, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer in other EU countries within 5-14 working days after payment of the order, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The quantity and quality of the Goods shall be carefully checked by the Customer at the time of delivery of the Goods. When accepting the Goods from the courier, the Customer must sign the Goods delivery documents confirming that the Goods have been delivered to him.
  • The Customer must make any observations regarding apparent defects in the Goods in writing upon acceptance of the Goods. The Customer may submit complaints regarding hidden defects in the Goods in writing no later than 7 (seven) days after receipt of the Goods. Otherwise, the Customer is deemed to be satisfied with the product and has no complaints against the Seller.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the address and within the time specified in the order. If it becomes apparent that the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods on the due date, the Seller shall inform the Customer immediately. The Customer agrees that , exceptionally , delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • After the Customer has paid for the Goods , the Seller shall email the Customer. send an invoice by post.
  • The Seller shall be exempt from liability for breach of the time limits for delivery of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Customer or are not delivered on time , whether due to the fault of the Customer or to circumstances beyond the control of the Customer.
  • Orders are accepted and processed daily.
